Mono Monday.....

....Partial being the suggestion & here you have partially made Borscht Soup!!  All rather academic as you cannot see the colours.  The recipe I have (a Hairy Bikers one) is absolutely delicious and will do us for supper for a few evenings.  Also made three lots of chilli for the freezer and half cleaned the sitting room.  I can only do half as I then start to ache and I need R to move the furniture!!  The extra is the coloured version of the soup and R's Bonne Bouche 'pudding' he made today!!!
