Mill stone, Dean village
Over the past few months I have watched workers develop an area between the Water of Leith walkway and the river just below Dean Village. Today was the first time that I saw it open to passing tourists. It's a bit like a little park, although rather than vegetation to admire, there are these fine mill stones.
I ended up spending a few minutes here today on my return home from the gym at lunchtime with a couple of friends. Helen and I waited for Ali while she retraced her steps to collect her phone. Ali had left it on the bench in the gym reception area.
This afternoon I had an online catch-up with the Foxes, worked a little, and administered for Mummy hazelh (who is loving Wimbledon). My blog post about Marina's graduation is now live.
In other news, my cousin (and lapsed blipper) TBay has booked flights to visit us in a couple of weeks.
Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike; swim (60 lengths); walking (12,834 steps).
