Pilates on Youtube this morning; tried a different instructor who was male and I enjoyed the different pace, moves and voice. Will do more of his classes. 
This afternoon I went along to the Dr to give blood then along to the library to drop a book off. It was hot so decided to change trousers and head to the park and read my book. Except there was more thinking than reading. This lily was one of a few that were behind my bench.
