Restful

The ducklings are getting big now, almost as large as their mother. She keeps herself slightly apart and always alert. Must be tiring.

The group looked to be enjoying the sunshine and were, except for the odd flutter, at rest. Patches of green algae on them lead me to think they had just been feeding. Perhaps that's why they were resting.
