Redbraes

Out for a morning's graft with the WoL crew - tidying up paths and steps down from Redbraes. Neil and Dan diverted for a while to try to extract a ladder from the water (you can just see a glimpse of orange, around mid shot). The wading folk were further down the river beyond the weir, so in the end they hung over the bridge (disused railway to Powderhall) and got it with a grappling hook. Also a road barrier and a child's slide that were stuck on the weir itself. What larks!

D arrived home in a fairly knackered condition around 7pm, after a very long and busy week.
