Grey Heron

There were 5 heron today, the little female (pictured) and the adult male were the only 2 I recognised. I think the other adults were getting fish for the chicks as you could hear them when the adults flew back. The adult male followed me round the path along with the little female. I think the coots have given up, but it got them over a difficult period.
