Injection day
We dropped Lincoln and the jedi off at nana and grandads bright and early those morning and then headed up to Glasgow for my shoulder injection. The team are lovely up at Ross Hall . The nurse did my style of job for 18 years before going back into nursing. I managed to snap this photo while lying on my side.
As you can see when we sat down for lunch , injections really take it out of me. It's normally agony for a few days. I took a few pills before going back in the car and just sat with my eyes closed.
I did manage to swap my sneakers over while up in Glasgow and Mr R bought me a new pair of running sneakers as he needed a lightweight waterproof jacket. So I've done quite well out of the trip.
I didn't catch up on most of blip journals yesterday and will be going to bed when the wildlings are going. I'm doing ok at listening to my body nowadays.
