Singleton golfer in the evening sunshine

Funny old day. Went into town, Susan went to exchange some clothes but forgot to take her cards, I was going to print out some photos from Henely but had not replaced the SD card in the camera, so we were not able to complete the main missions of the journey. But had a nice cup of coffee.

After a grey start the sun came out in the afternoon but the temperatures were tempered by a stiff north easterly breeze which made it quite cool especially in the late evening when this shot was taken. I like the 50 shades of green here as well as the slight undulations of the fairway being highlighted by the low angle of the sun.

The afternoon was spent creating collages of photographs from holidays and trips so that we can frame them and hang them on the stairs. Finalised Susan's compilation of New York and completed one from Henley. Lots more to do as we plan to swap the photos regularly. Next collages will be San Diego, The Dolomites and Northumberland The Lake District I expect.
