Great view .

We often walk around the reservoirs but headed off to explore a higher path which led to an unexpected encounter with a lovely chap that NC used to work with.
It’s noteworthy to report that it hasn’t rained today, as a result I spend time on the plot and transplanted the mini cucumbers (see extra)
I’ve been smitten by a huge increase in anxiety over the last little while , a couple of triggers and off I go . It’s disappointing as I’ve had about 9 anxiety free months. It taints everything, gets in the way of all sorts and is pretty exhausting too .
Anyway , the yoga is back in place and I’m paying attention to the other things that help.
A little sunshine wouldn’t go amiss !
