Black Box - Smile, You're on Candid Camera.

Saw this whilst popping into town on an errand. Wasn't quite sure what these boxes were there for, or how long they had been there.

Could they be some secret packages waiting to be picked up - maybe some booby trap to attract the less trustworthy amongst us. The warning on the boxes would put off most people from helping them selves.

But then, upon closer inspection, I think they are just simply a 'hard disc for recording images from the camera's higher up the post.... Who knows?!
