Winter Hill clouds

Some fabulous clouds over the masts on Winter Hill today.  I was on a wellness walk and talk - and it was just what I needed.  Three of us had a pleasant amble up through the terraced gardens - chatting, and stopping to notice things (like the flowering meadow in the extras). My body is protesting slightly this evening as it's a long time since a walk involved up hill.

I really liked the message in the second extra too - a good philosophy to try and live by.
