Transformation

I first went out to the Vounder Farm site at the Eden Project back in early April. The change in the gardens, the colour and produce is amazing.
I’m no longer spending the Wednesday sessions with Military Veterans, that cadre has finished, but it remains hugely enjoyable.
I have the opportunity this coming Monday to show the site to Mrs S, we have agreed to take part in Q&A sessions to determine the impact of the scheme on Veterans and their families.
It’s going to be good to see what she thinks.

Late afternoon we attempted an Epic ‘Club Row’ but one thing you need to row a gig, or any boat, is water and the tide was so low we would have been floundering in the mud.
That meant I could head off home and make my Pineapple Upside Down Cake, not sure why but I’ve had the idea to make the cake for a while.
Maybe yearning for my youth!
