Busy little bee...

And so the wedding week has finally arrived :-))

Lauren arrived at 11am to do my nails.  I chose a bolder colour than I would  normally wear and I am very happy with it.  

Once Lauren had gone I had lunch (in the garden - yay!), welcomed Heather (Alan's OT) who was here to provide the annual manual handling training to some of Alan's support team, then headed upstairs to pack my case for Andrew and Nikki's wedding and our four days away at Loch Lomond.  

The weather forecast is generally okay for Wednesday so I am hopeful the ceremony will be able to take place outdoors as planned.  It's such a wonderful setting, it would be a shame to have to be indoors all afternoon.

All packed and I've left the box with my hat and fascinator in a prominent place as don't want to forget them!  Apparently we can get access to our lodge at 2pm tomorrow so the plan is D will finish his packing in the morning then collect his kilt, we'll have lunch and head off.  Aiming to be there about 2.30pm, which probably means it will be nearer six!  :D
