From my window

We are very glad we went out yesterday and made the most of the sunshine, as today we were back to the dull stuff. 

I had a day of reading and stitching. This is a view from where I was sitting at my sewing table - I was watching the starlings gathering on the wires. There is a sign on the pole warning them not to go near, but they were just ignoring that!

Also shows the mist covering the hills and the white sky. I don't think the photo would have come out much clearer, because of the mist, if I had managed to focus properly - which I can't at the moment. With one eye still blurry (appointment next week thank goodness) looking through a viewfinder is impossible.
