The Box was the venue for meeting with friends of my friends, who came down from Brighton yesterday. They live in Linz in Austria normally but Bernard has a flat in brighton. Their friends moved down from Rottingdean to Totnes six years ago and it had been some time since they had seen them. So it was chat and coffee then we went to see the current exhibition organised by the National Portrait Gallery. The Time is always Now, Artists reframe the Black Figure

It was a fascinating conglomeration of different styles, see extra and well worth a view if you are in plymouth before the end of September!
