A Day of Note
The sun was out and so were we, the daughter and I, down to Porty despite the new pollution alert and finding the cleanest looking calm sea we’ve seen for a while. There was no blanket ban on entry so hopefully we won’t get sick and neither will all the other bathers in at the same time. What a joy it was to come out to some measure of warmth and make our way to MacDonald’s for bacon rolls. It all made for a memorable dip.
There was always an extra pressure to have a special photo for today to celebrate 15 years of daily blipping but it is difficult when faced with the same old home environment, and so apologies. This is the best I could do.
I’m quite surprised that I have kept this pictorial diary going for so long- 5475 photos and blogs means it’s become a bit of an addiction I suppose. Maybe I could do with some treatment but as a bonus for the affliction I have made many friends, real and virtual. Perhaps I know more about my Blipfoto friends’ families and hobbies than I do of my non Blipfoto friends .
