En-plenair at the Basin

Gym first thing HIT for the first time.

Then the 'school trip' with Bianca's class at the Basin where I did 2 pictures. Happy with the result, especially as I comletd them so speedily. 

During lunch at the Tea room Peter commented that women are better able to make friends and plan days out than men. He was upset by the banter and denigration of women by an overheard lads conversation.

Then a dip in Woodup pool and en-plenair with MAC at Tolesbury. It poored and Jane and I took shelter under a convenient tree. I will need to fiddle with my painting to complete it. 

Next efforts with Soul Runners -Pyramids. Still haven't recovered from the half, so found it tough going.

Lastly a sunset row with the Gig rowers to lift Ready in preparation for Saturday's race. Two rowing, Joe as cox and 2 on shore. A spectacular sunset!- see extra. However, the park  gates were closed, so we had to lift the gig without the car and then push it all the way back to the Quay. A lot of effort - but team work and we managed it  much to our surprise.
