Song Thrush

I had a facial this morning at Cambridge Clear Beauty and I was also a guinea pig for some Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) it is a way of reducing swelling, mainly in the arms and legs caused by fluid build-up. I have booked some appointments for my legs in the hope that it will improve the circulation.
