Vision from a Couch

Another bad day today. Couldn't leave the house and could barely move around the house. I have heard this can last for up to two weeks. I have had nearly a week so far of this incredible flu of headaches, dizziness, tiredness and aching limbs.

This afternoon PT set me up on the couch in the sun to try and get some Vitamin D into me. I didn't move all afternoon. The best I could do was reach out for my camera and take a photo from where I lay trying to capture something remotely of interest.

You will be pleased to know that by 9pm I was feeling a little better.

I can't wait to get rid of this thing. I have a busy week planned next week so I'm praying it will be better by then.
