National Chilli Eating Champs

Today I was well enough to get out of the house and go with friends to a boutique brewery just out into the country a bit that was playing host to the National Chilli Eating Championship final.

Now I have been to one of the regional events and it is scary the pain these guys go through.

Unfortunately we arrived a bit early and the event didn't start until late afternoon and we all felt we couldn't stay to watch.
