Wheal Coates
We called in at Wheal Coates at St Agnes on our way back today. It's probably the most photographed of the Cornish mines and was Ross Poldark's Nampara mine in the TV series. The heather was looking magnificent today as you can see in my main blip and also in one of the extras. I've also added one from the coast path.
I'm home now after an easy journey and it's been an enjoyable trip once again. I could do with putting my feet up but I need to go out this evening.
