The bees have been....

We might not be seeing many bees at the moment, but one of my rose bushes has been well visited by the leaf cutter bees - I presume! - lots of lovely cut holes in all the leaves!

A really hot day here today, and chaos has now turned to calm! Rob the kitchen fitter was here until lunchtime today, the rubbish was all picked up and we now have a new kitchen -albeit Rob needs to pop back next week when a couple of missing bits turn up!  We're really happy with it so now begins the slow process of putting everything back, deciding what stays and goes and getting back to making our own lunch and dinner instead of using it as an excuse to go out for food!
