Star.....

The warmer weather is encouraging more blooms on the dahlias and sweet peas! This is 'honka fragile' and I just love how the petals unfold to create a star in the middle.... and I've just noticed there's an extra little creature hiding out in one of the petals!!

Kitchen chaos continues, although we are getting closer to a finish!  Then the task of moving stuff back in begins and I'm not looking forward to that!

So we escaped the house for a while again - had an appointment with my homeopath which went well, and then went to a nearby garden centre for lunch which was lovely.  Avoided buying any plants but did pick up some houseplant compost as everything needs repotting!!
