Taking in the Waters

Rebecca came over early morning so we could take Ronnie for a walk while it was still relatively cool.
We did the circular river walk, a long time favourite of mine.
We got down to the river and other dogs and their owners were thinking the same as us.
Rebecca did cross the stepping stones but told me not to because they were slippy.
Ronnnie enjoyed a really good swim , see extra and he needed  coaxing to come out of the water.
We then went to Cockpit Farm tearooms for a coffee and a drink of water for Ronnie.
Good to catch up with each other and swap news.

Had a blood test this afternoon.
Went to drop off a Vinted parcel at Yodel but the system was down, had planned going to Waitrose but heard on the grapevine that cards were not being accepted, both due to the worldwide problem of technology being hacked

Now getting ready for the dress rehearsal for the two dances our ballet group are performing at Lynn’s 70th birthday party tomorrow night. 
We are not doing ballet but dancing two numbers from the 1950’s , the decade Lynn was born in.
One is nice and gentle but the other is full on and very fast, to say we are nervous is a bit of an understatement.
