Marsh Helleborine

I went bowling in the parkthis morning.  It was very hot in the sunshine, not a problem that we've had this summer!

Afterwards I did some shopping in town and found a beautiful black and white top for £3 in a charity shop - a great bargain.

I had lunch at F's then we went to Sweeny Fen whereI photographed this lovely Marsh Helleborine, an orchid of wet fens, grasslands and dune slacks.
