A Day Out

We had our car booked in for an MOT this morning, so we made the most of our day in Edinburgh. We visited art exhibitions in the City Art Centre and the Royal Scottish Academy. We had lunch at Mimi’s Bakehouse and then went to a concert at the Jazz Bar (part of Edinburgh Jazz and Blues Festival). We’ll have another day out in Edinburgh on 2 August as they had to rebook our car because of being understaffed.
Early night tonight as Mr P has to head to Seville at 6am tomorrow for family reasons. I’ll be driving him to Edinburgh Airport. Let’s hope he’s not affected by all the tech outages!
