The sweet smell of sweetpeas

Shirley, a plot neighbour arrived at the front door this afternoon with a huge bunch of freshly cut blooms for Mum & I to share. Such a thoughtful gesture. This is when we need scratch n sniff.

I went with hubby to his doctors apt this afternoon. I need to know exactly what is going on. Basically told told that if he's falling over with only a stick for support he needs to use a frame, which he was given during his last hospital stay but refused. Pride!! And good old Paracetemol for pain relief along with Ibuprofen gel.
I watched the first night of the BBC proms from the Royal Albert Hall ... wonderful.
