Called the carpet shop to accept quote and book fitting date, the guy looking after the shop said he was one of the fitters and would put in the diary and call back later to confirm, he didn’t. The email also stated deposit required at time of accepting the quote but no details of how to do that and the guy in the shop today had no idea.
Walked with Hetty in the afternoon as it was not as hot as yesterday and we walked through a shaded area.
Made a flan and salad for dinner as it was still very warm and didn’t fancy a heavy meal.
As it’s Saturday night about to settle down and watch a film, I fancy Mrs Harris goes to Paris but think hubby will want something more lively.
