Birthday boy

It’s Phin’s birthday today, can’t quite believe that’s he’s now 4! Hardly seems like a minute since we brought him home at 8 weeks old.

He really loved the new shark we got for him. Enjoyed playing with so much that he ripped it and the squeaker came out. So the shark is now awaiting mending.

Clare a cooked breakfast before the kids left. Miss PHL has taken my car as she’s heading to Skye tomorrow with a friend who is from there. Her friend is still registered with her dentist at home in Skye hence the trip.

We had a wander round Newbattle at lunchtime as there was a craft fair taking place. Some interesting stalls but we didn’t buy anything. It was muggy again most of the day but is finally feeling less sticky after an hour or two of rain.
