Harebell

We had stuff to do in North Berwick so, as the day was warm, finished with a walk along West Beach, an area we don't usually see, accessed by crossing the golf course.

Crossing on our way back we passed several sweeps of harebells, prettily dancing among the grasses - and not easy to photograph. I caught this isolated quartet clearly enough but the colour resolution is more purple than the original.

We drove home through rain but dried off on the way and the car tucked up in the garage before the rain caught up. That was five hours ago and it hasn't yet stopped.
