Been to Monsaraz again, for a talk by a geographer on the various meanings of "terra", and of Monsaraz - related to the word "charneca", translated as "heath" - basically, unfarmed land, with poor soil. All very interesting, with quotes from different authors, some very beautiful.

But then, decided to call it a day, and miss all the other activities - needing an earlier night, and a bit of time at home. Last day tomorrow.

Gratefuls:
- our faithful and encouraging support group this morning
- the church we started in Brazil celebrating 21 years of being an official Baptist church tonight
- cooler temperatures, 34C (though going up past 40C /104F on Tuesday again)
