Lavender

Had a lovely day - got up late, got a sizeable chunk of marking done in the sunshine, then went for a leasurely lunch with C. We had a stroll around the town, I got a bargain in a charity shop, and we discovered a craft market previously unknown to us!

In the afternoon I vanquished the marking pile, and the N came over and we went out for dinner. Even nicer because we had a money off voucher (top tip - check out moneysavingexpert.com!) for the restaurant!

This lavender is growing underneath my bedroom window. Looks lovely this year as it has really started to bloom - couldn't resist a blip!
