Blue boats

A cool scene of water and boats, just what we need on a hot day. While out on errands this morning we passed this scene, and stopped to have a look as there were many people gathering to take boat rides up the River Wey to nearby pubs - the perfect day for it.

It is lovely to have a quiet day at home. I am getting things ready and packed for Thomas who is going off tomorrow on a week's residential music course. Adam has a friend coming over for a BBQ supper tonight and he will be staying over. It is always good to share the company of these young men, I think they keep my husband and I current with how things are in the world today!
