Urban flower meadow

Mr hazelh suggested that I blip this wild flower meadow in the park just along the road from us. It really is a lovely sight. 

My cycle over to the park was my second outing of the day. The first was a 7k run. 

Also today I have made a good start on The bookseller of Inverness (it helps to wake at 4:00am, even if this necessitates two breakfasts!), enjoyed a long phone call with Helen in Cardiff, typed a four page letter to Eileen in Winchester, and prepared one of our favourite gnocchi dishes for supper.

Exercise today: 7k run; walking (16,184 steps including run).
