De-gunging the water butt

A real emergency blip tonight. 

F has been here doing several jobs that I can't do myself.  This is him doing the biggest one.  My water butt regularly gets gunged up with leaves, mud and moss from the gutter but it was stubbornly refusing to be cleared this time.

He tried using various things including this twisted wire, garden cane and other things to no avail.  Eventually he took the whole thing to pieces and discovered that a piece of plastic had got in and covered the pipe inside.  Tomorrow's job will be to put a mesh coveron to prevent this happening again.

I rewarded him with meals!
