White-winged Dove
I'm behind in posting by a day...
White-winged doves are quite a bit larger than mourning doves. Their longer neck and white stripe on and under the wings further set them apart. They are a summer migrant. In the Sonoran Desert, nesting White-winged Doves eat mostly the nectar, pollen, fruit, and seeds of the saguaro cactus. They’re so dependent on the saguaro they time their migration and nesting to match its fruiting schedule. Saguaro seeds are the only small seeds that they will bother with—possibly because they sit in a large, cup-shaped fruit that makes them easy to eat.

The banker fell overboard from a friend's sailboat. The friend grabbed a life preserver, held it up, not knowing if the banker could swim, and shouted, “Can you float alone?”
“Obviously,” the banker replied, “but this is a heck of a time to talk business.”
