Lyth Hill Local Nature Reserve

Had a nice walk on Lyth Hill and the local nature reserve today, walking further than previously, when we met lovely blippers Hevkk and Bob, and the irrepressible Jak!

Further along the trail are some very plasing woodland trails and paths that take you in all directions. It is quite lovely and lifted the spirits. A little.

We saw a field full of deer, which was a surprise, and we saw the cattle that are put on the hillside for 'conservation grazing'

The views are tremendous and in the extra we look out over the Shropshire plain towards the Stretton Hills and Longmynd.

All in all a very enjoyable and interesting afternoon's excercise.

I thank everyone who commented and expressed concern after my rather troubled blip yesterday. I am unable to elaborate just now but something happened that rocked my world and may have serious implications going forward. What I can say is that it is nothing to do with health. all is good in that regard, and whatever the future holds I will hopefully be well enough to deal with it and come out the other end 'smelling of roses'!

Thanks as always for the continued kindness, comments, and stars and hearts. Your support is very much appreciated!
