Washing Line

I thought this flat was one of eight in the small block of public housing built on the site of the PMU (brown sauce) factory that itself was built on the site of the house K’s grandparents rented when they moved to Newtown during the Great Depression - but apparently not. I’ll stick with it as representative of the day though.
