TINY TUESDAY - A SAYING

I think I did too much on the screen yesterday because my eyes are sore again this morning - I really do need to pace myself, but typical me, as soon as I feel better, I do too much - so it’s three steps forward and two back!

However, I did have an idea when I looked at the theme for today.  The saying was easy - as Heidi, our lovely Blip friend, gave us the Notice at the top of my collage - which she thought fitted us perfectly.  Despite what many of you may think, Mr. HCB wasn’t always the one who did all the gardening - I used to do a lot too, until the beginning of last year when my back issues started, and I really do miss getting out there and getting stuck in.  However, housework has also had to take a back seat at times, so it is indeed a question of “housework whenever”, hence the bottom right shot.

The bottom left shot shows the green pepper, hopefully soon to be a sweet “Long Red Marconi” if the sun shines - which also featured in Tiny Tuesday on 16th July, but it is still quite tiny and certainly not ready to be harvested.

Mr. HCB is presently sorting out his wardrobe - he did go out in the garden very early, and did at least two hours’ work, but it’s now drizzling and as neither of us are “Daytime television watchers”, at least the charity shop will benefit from his sorting out!  

I apologise in advance for not much commenting and perhaps just stars and hearts being sprinkled for another few days - very annoying but hopefully not for too much longer.  M xx 

P.S.  What am I like - it's either my eyes or my brain that isn't working properly - or possibly both!  The theme for today is not a saying, that's next week, but I haven't got the energy to correct this - so apologies in advance!
