Brain salad surgery

My depression started to hover again last night, so I planned to go to Maggies for a chat today.

This morning, despite the terrible weather I decided to go for a long walk instead. 

It did the the trick.

I walked through The City from bottom to top, meeting Ian for a bowl of crab linguini at Eataly afterwards.

Reassuringly there were a number of labels attached to the pillars of London Bridge (see extra) offering a listening ear to to those who couldn't go on anymore. To all those who offer this sort of help. Thank you, but no need today :-)
