Cinnabar caterpillar

A lovely day, rain early morning, sun and some cloud, hot.

Slept badly, spoke to K, breakfast and then K called and we went food shopping. Back home, had lunch then went for a walk to the same place as yesterday, just as glorious, lots of butterflies (6 species spotted) also lots of grasshoppers.
Home and I went for a quick walk litter picking then spoke to my friend. Took photos on mobile while out walking, wished I'd had my camera. The acorn was the entry for a tiny part of something bigger.
