The whole thing

I blipped Dunoon pier last week, pointing out that one half had been repaired and restored to its Victorian splendour whilst the other half was in danger of falling into the sea when (rather than if) there was a really  big winter storm blowing from the south west.

The weather today for my trip to Glasgow  by ferry and train was lovely (my extra photos give a further flavour) but I make no apology for  choosing to blip the whole pier, caught on the return trip as the boat arrived in Dunoon.

It illustrates the problem even more effectively than the partial view blipped last Thursday.
