Keep taking the pills

It seems to have been a busy old day but I have very little to show for it. Ho hum!

It has been drizzle, mizzle all day today, so I haven't had a chance to go for a power ramble.

We did kick an important project off today though, so that was a positive.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A positive kick off meeting for a project
2.  Delicious and spicy chilli con carne for tea
