Good run

Early walk with Hetty then out for a run after breakfast. We ran together for the first 1k and then he took another route to do a shorter run. His knee held up well so back to 5k on Friday.
Housework, ironing and a bit of paperwork. Even had time to read.
Spotted my blip when out on a late afternoon walk with Hetty, also got wet after a hot dry day it rained for about ten minutes when we were out.
Hetty spent most of the day in the garden and moved around to keep shaded.
