I love the way these roses have different colours at different stages!

This is a cheat photo, as the weather today is wet and rather miserable.  Rain literally all day!  I made a cottage pie for lunch, spoke to a friend on the phone and then did some Italian language study.  I first learned a bit of Italian in my teens using a BBC course.  I don’t remember much, but a lot is still seeming familiar! Really enjoying it (have been having a rest from Japanese, as it’s getting so hard to learn the words as a lot sound - or are - the same!  But I always feel drawn back, for some reason…)
