Lakeside

I had another stomach episode last night. The pain was severe I thought I was gonna pass out. I have no idea what cased it. I nearly called an ambulance. Luckily it passed.

There's all kinds of viruses and bacteria at work, so I wonder if I'm going through them.

I had a day off today, but have been so down the weather that I only managed to take a quick swim late afternoon. The water seemed quite cold. The day has been really hot and will be tomorrow too. I go back to work tomorrow, so I know I have to drink even more than usual, because the building gets so suffocating so fast.
