Finally a day off

It was showering on and off this morning, so I was prepping food the whole morning. Then I had the cancer screening (not fun, but so glad it's over) and after that we went for a nice ride in a weather that turned out pretty hot at this point. But I did okay. The heat is hard for me, but I managed 35km quite nicely.

Niklas is here for sauna and it's been a nice family evening.
