CORNWALL DAY 8

Had a lovely lazy day today. Bit of topping up the food locker shopping in the morning, leizurely lunch in the garden; later on we walked down to the beach and spent a few hours just sunbathing, snoozing, watching the surfers, the swimmers, the dogs chasing balls, seagulls and other dogs!! Paddling along the shore line and wave hopping. We haven't immersed our whole selves in ... yet?! This is the view of the lovely Gull Rocks from just inside the largest cave on the beach. When the tide's in you can't get in there, but as you see the tide is way out right now. The cave is nice and cool and the rock has so many gorgeous colours running though it.

46 years ago today my #1 daughter, Lucy, was born at the military Hospital in Kowloon, Hong Kong. Happy Birthday my lovely Lucy - the weather was nice that day too!!
