Gently

A sunny and pleasantly warm day today. A relief after all the heavy rain yesterday.

It’s been a day at home with a few gentle dog walks so Andy could take things easy. I’ve been painting the door frames and skirting boards in the hall. Merlin has been my assistant, lying close by and watching me work with interest.

Grateful:
- To catch up with my sister on the phone.
- That Andy’s gum/jaw is now feeling less sore.
- For sunshine and no more rain.
