Prepping

Watch the opening ceremony last night, felt so sorry for Paris, the weather scuppered their spectacular.
Thought the final fifteen minutes were amazing: the horse, lighting the flame and Celine Dion , but it was a long watch to get to that point.
Had a much welcomed lie in.
Felt full of energy so caught up on my washing and when l was hanging it out got sidetracked into doing an hours vigorous gardening, not planned but so pleased l did it.
Did some food preparation, Elaine is coming to stay for a few days.
Just need to buy a burrata or a mozzarella if l can’t find one and l’m all set apart from giving myself a manicure.
